What should I do if I didn’t get my purchase on my mobile account?

  • Sometimes, there can be a slight delay between the time of your purchase and when you receive your credits. However, if after waiting a few minutes you still have not received your credits, please double check that you have the latest version of Electri5 Casino from the App Store/Google Play Store. Once you’ve done that simply force quit Electri5 Casino and reload it again.
  • If after all of those steps are performed and you still experience an issue, forward your receipt to Electri5support@high5games.com and include a message with your account type (Facebook, Email or Guest), device and your Player Level.  We will be happy to look into the issue further.
