What should I do if I didn’t get my purchase on my mobile account?

Sometimes, there can be a slight delay between the time of your purchase and when you receive your credits. However, if after waiting a few minutes you still have not received your credits, please double check that you have the latest version of H5C from the App Store/Google Play Store. Once you’ve done that simply force quit H5C and reload it again.

If that does not resolve the issue, visit the Settings Menu in the upper right hand corner of the High 5 Casino app and choose the Help option. There, you will see a “Check For Pending Purchases” button. Tapping this will prompt you to log in (if you're not logged in already) and will check for your missing purchase. If you have pending purchases, we'll confirm this for you with a confirmation message and add your purchased coins to your bankroll.

If after all of those steps are performed and you still experience an issue, forward your receipt to support@high5games.com, and include a message with you account type (Facebook, H5G email account or Guest) and your current player level.  We will be happy to look into the issue further.
