What should I do if I didn’t get my purchase on my mobile account?

Sometimes, there can be a slight delay between the time of your purchase and when you receive your credits. However, if after waiting a few minutes you still have not received your credits, please double check that you have the latest version of the casino from the App Store/Google Play Store. Once you’ve done that simply force quit the casino and reload it again.

If that does not resolve the issue,you should let us know.  You can do this by forwarding your receipt to support@high5games.com. Please be sure to include a message with your account type (Facebook, H5G email account, or Guest) and current player level.  We will be happy to look into this issue further.
