What should I do if I did not get my purchased credits?

There can be a slight delay between the time you make your purchase and when your credits are added to your account. However, if you still have not received your credits after a few minutes, you should let us know. You can do this by forwarding your receipt to H5VegasSupport@high5games.com. Please be sure to include a message with your account type (Facebook, H5G email account, or Guest) and current player level.  We will be happy to look into this issue further.
