If your app freezes you may want to force quit it. You can do this on an Apple device by double tapping the home button and swiping the app up.
To help with freezing issues in the future, we do recommend that you stay logged into a wireless network while you are on our app. This can often help with freezing issues. We also suggest that you make sure you have your system updated to the latest iOS or OS, and that you have the most recent build of our app installed. You can update your iOS by going into “Settings,” then “General,” then “System Updates.”
You can update your iOS High 5 Vegas app under the “Updates” tab in your app store. Additionally, our app may be less likely to freeze if you are not running other apps.
